Sharing a meal with your church family is a great way to bond with our pastor and other members, visitors and prospective members.

Tables of Eight

This is an opportunity to get church members and guests to socialize outside the church. This is a great venue for Christians to visit, get to know each other, and to break bread together

Quarterly Covered Dish Lunches after Church

An opportunity for our congregation and visitors to eat, worship, and listen to speakers on topics related to our church body.

Annual Picnic

We have a nice summer picnic at a private home with all of the fixings.

19th Hole

Men of Church Golf Outing once a month.  We play 9 holes, have lunch and then some play another 9.  All are welcome and most of us are duffers and go for the lunch!

Christmas Party

We also look forward to a great Christmas dinner also held in a private home. These dates are announced early so we can put dates on our schedule.

Presbyterian Women (PW)

Presbyterian Women (PW) offers women in the church meaningful ways to live out their faith in the midst of a caring community.  Our meeting and Bible study are held the third Sunday of the month, September to May, at 2:30 pm in our Fellowship Hall followed by fellowship and refreshments.  As PW we support the missions of national PW, a child in Nicaragua and our local missions.  As a special project our PW made 50 pillowcase dresses for girls at an orphanage sponsored by Orphan Aid Liberia, an outreach mission of our church.

Men of the Church

First Presbyterian Men of the Church meet for lunch once a month. Everyone is welcome to join us for this fellowship time. On the last Wednesday of the month, our Host picks a restaurant and that's is where we go. It's a great opportunity to eat in just about any place in the community. Lunch is always good and the conversation interesting. You might have a NASCAR discussion at one end of the table, planting trees being discussed in the middle of the table and the latest on golf at the other in of the table, If you haven't attended MOC (Men of the Church), join us in the coming months.
