WORSHIP AND EDUCATION

Worship
We worship each Sunday at 11 a.m. and hold special services during Lent, Easter, Advent, and Christmas. Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month. Music is provided by our Music Leader, singers, and guest instrumentalists.
Scripture Study
We meet each Sunday at 9:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall to explore the riches of Scripture. Join us for coffee and conversation.

SPECIAL CELEBRATIONS

Throughout the year, we hold worship services focused on different themes.

Scottish Heritage Sunday

In May, we celebrate our Scottish Heritage with a special worship service that includes bagpipes, drums, and the Kirkin’ of the Tartans ceremony.

A Dickens Christmas

In December, we celebrate the founding of our church in 1820 with a presentation in the style of Charles Dickens. Carolers, actors, and greeters perform and all visitors are encouraged to dress in the style of the time.

Every month or two, we gather to enjoy each other’s company and a delicious meal after worship.

Christmas Party
Each December, we gather to celebrate the season as a church family.

Men of the Church
All men are invited to meet on the last Wednesday of each month at 11:30 a.m. for lunch at an area restaurant.

Annual Picnic

Each fall, we enjoy worship and a picnic lunch at one of the parks on beautiful Lake Oconee.
