MISSION
Local Mission
- Our Father’s Kitchen is an ecumenical ministry that provides free meals to the community every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. First Presbyterian is responsible for the first Saturday of each month.
- Greene County Community Food Pantry is supported with funds and donated food.

- Our Local Mission Discretionary Fund is available to those who may need special housing or other assistance.

- Souper Bowl of Caring monetary and food donations.
WORSHIP AND EDUCATION
Worship
We worship each Sunday at 11 a.m. and hold special services during Lent, Easter, Advent, and Christmas. Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month. Music is provided by our Music Leader, singers, and guest instrumentalists. Summer worship is at 10 a.m. for the months of June, July, and August.

Throughout the year, we hold worship services focused on different themes.
Scripture Study
We meet each Sunday at 9:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall to explore the riches of Scripture. Join us for coffee and conversation. During the summer, we meet after worship.

- Scottish Heritage Sunday: In May, we celebrate our Scottish Heritage with a special worship service that includes bagpipes, drums, and the Kirkin’ of the Tartans ceremony.
- Blessing of the Animals: In October, we celebrate God’s creatures by inviting pets and their owners to attend a service of blessing.
- Dickens Christmas: In December, we step back in time with a sermon, music and costume dress from the 1840s.
